Oh thank God. I just finished writing my Master’s Thesis and today I am going to turn it in.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Two years in the making and the bain of my existence, but I am pretty proud of myself.

I couldn’t have done it without my husband’s encouragement and talking me down from a ledge when I would panic that I wouldn’t be able to do this. And for keeping me on task when I would much rather watch So You Think You Can Dance. Besides, he hates that show and would want me out of the living room so he could watch NFL Network.

My study buddy Julius kept me company by snoozing next to me while I typed furiously. Dogs don’t help write your paper but at least keep you company.

Huge thanks go to my parents for their support and for giving me the gift of education without student loans.

I’m so relieved that I’ve reached this point. Now I await comments from my thesis review board and then defend it on August 22nd. Wish me luck!
