Confero is another awesome mystery shopping company that has shops available across the country. They are an MSPA member company and a Better Business Bureau accredited business, so you know they are legitimate. They offer both in-person and telephone mystery shops so you don’t even have to leave your home! You may be asked to do a traditional mystery shops, compliance checks, an audit, or even an on the spot award (I love those because I love rewarding great customer service!). They use the Sassie software that many other mystery shopping companies use to assign and report mystery shops so the web interface is familiar and easy to navigate. Confero lists a number of their clients on their website if you want to see what types of companies they work with.
I have done several restaurant mystery shops for Confero and have had no issue with my shop reports being rejected and have been paid a month after completing the shops via Paypal. The reports for the shops were not long and fairly easy. Plus they paid $12 per shop plus reimbursement, which is a good rate. I would definitely recommend them. I used to mystery shop, and Confero definitely had some great ones. I don’t remember which because this was years ago. But I definitely remember the name positively.
FYI, the links you provide appear to go straight to the Confero site and/or straight to the Become a Shopper page. Might be a cookie that I don’t know about, but you may want to make sure the referral links are correct to be sure you get credit if anyone signs up.
