I hit up the deals at CVS and Rite Aid this week and thought I would share with you all what I did. Hopefully this will inspire you to do some stock up couponing of your own! Why pay full price, ever?!
At CVS I took advantage of the buy $15 of participating products, get $5 Extra Care Bucks (ECBs) promotion to get some cleaning/air freshener products I needed. And I also used my $4 off a $20 purchase coupon, as well as some ECBs I had. I also used the high value Covergirl coupon from this weekend’s paper to get free blush and bronzer.

*Note: The blush didn’t automatically ring up the second at 50% off so I had to ask a manager to correct the price. Always double check the price on the screen because sometimes it’s not coded right in the computer system.

I got $5 in Extra Care Bucks back on my receipt, so the transaction was a $3.55 moneymaker!
Total Saved: $33.53 (saved 110%)
At Rite Aid I got some items which will be free or super cheap after Single Check Rebates, as well as cold medicine I needed. I split my purchase into two transactions and rolled my +UP Rewards to spend less out of pocket. Remember, Rite Aid lets you stack a manufacturer coupon with both a Rite Aid store couopon and an Rite Aid video values coupon.
